Shopping Guide

Natural unique beauty

  1. Each products are unique, pattern and texture will be various due to the natural beauty of the tree.
  2. Based on the variation of the monitor, the colour of the timber could have some differences from reality. If buyer have any hesitation, feel free to visit.
  3. Size of the product are not guarantee 100% as listed, since every products are handmade, we will try our best to close to the listed size.
  4. We will help fixing the furniture one time on the first 3 months after delivery.
  5. Small good item will have a 5-8mm tolerance.
  6. Furniture will have 10mm tolerance.
  7. Kindly note that not suggesting to put the boiling hot kitchenware on top of the furniture.

Delivery / pick up

  1. Delivery lead time will be based on the ordered items, estimated time for furniture will be 2-4 months. For estimated delivery date, please refer to payment receipt.
  2. For stocked small goods, we will send out within 7 working days.
  3. For furniture, before we send out, we will call and email you to double confirm the location and date.
  4. Delivery (furniture or furniture with small goods) service will be free for purchase over HKD10,000 to a single address with vehicular and lift
  5. Delivery (small goods) service will be wavied for purchasing over HKD5,000 to a single address with vehicular and lift access
  6. Additional fee might be charged, due to the difficulties of delivery like stairs.
  7. Buyer should notice ahead for specific delivery, and we may charge extra if bring forward the delivery date.
  8. We will help assemble the furniture upon delivery.
  9. We are welcome to self pickup
  10. Our pick up location will be in to kwa wan which is our workshop. For visting, please email us at hello@made-hk.com

Refund / Exchange

  1. Products are not refundable but repairable if due to quality problem.
  2. Since our furniture are made by order, so every of them are tailor made for you, we hope them they will be good to grow old with you.
  3. No exchange policy to any items, buyers shall examine the products before you buy.

Storage

  1. Furniture can be stored 1 month free after made and sent the delivery notice to buyers. After first free month, we shall charget a rate of HKD 20 cubic meter per day (with minimum 1 cubic meter).
  2. Over 1 month storage, we shall charge HKD30 cubic meter per day.
  3. Over 2 months storage, we shall disposed by us without any prior notice and liability and without prejudice to our right to claim, and buyers shall not be refundable and entitled to claim against us for any loss or damges.
